Products can be produced with Shore hardness values of 25A to 80D. We can produce a wide range of polyurethane parts utilizing open faced casting or spin casting. Product design and some mold manufacturing are done in-house, giving us the ability to offer our customers lower cost tooling and products with quick turnaround times. Inexpensive tooling can be made to produce prototypes to verify product design before production tooling is constructed.
