Polyurethane Products

Polyurethane products are a very durable, non-abrasive, rubber-like material that once cured, will not mar or scratch a Class A painted surface. The hardness of polyurethane can be compared to the feel of a marshmallow, or a telephone handset, depending on the materials used.

Beneficial characteristics of polyurethane:

Chemical and oil resistant
Will not swell or deteriorate when exposed to water
Very easy to clean
Excellent resistance to thermal shock
Withstands temperatures of up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit
Excellent elongation and tear strength specs for abusive applications
Steel inserts can be added to dunnage bars for extra strength
Threaded inserts can be imbedded in the part
UV protection can be added to prevent discoloration for outdoor applications

Our process features spin or open face casting parts in custom colors, made to any shape or size, with Shore hardnesses up to 75D. Product design and most mold manufacturing is done in our facility, giving us the ability to offer our customers lower cost products with quick turnaround times.
